Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 1:39PM According to eyewitnesses around 10:36 am on NW Stewart Pkwy overpass, a blue 4 door late model Honda sedan was seen spinning out of control before making contact with a city bus in the opposite lane. Both female driver and male passenger look to be in their early 20’s.
